1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy sets out the principles of processing and protection of personal data submitted by clients of Workflow Media Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as “Clients”) to Workflow Media Sp. z o.o., located in Warsaw, at ul. Staniewicka 14A/1, 03-310 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000913767, NIP 5272965582, REGON 389569299 (hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller”).
2. Data Controller
The Data Controller is responsible for processing Clients’ personal data in a manner compliant with applicable laws, particularly with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.
3. Purposes of data processing
Personal data of Clients are processed for the purposes of:
- execution of contracts concluded with Clients,
- marketing of the Data Controller’s own services,
- fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Data Controller.
4. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for the processing of Clients’ personal data by the Data Controller is:
- the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- the necessity of processing to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- consent of the data subject, in cases and to the extent specified by the law (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Recipients of data
Personal data of Clients may be shared with entities cooperating with the Data Controller for the purposes mentioned above, including IT service providers, entities providing accounting and legal services.
6. Period of data storage
Clients’ personal data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and after their completion for the period required by legal provisions.
7. Rights of the data subjects
Every Client has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of their personal data.
